SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes ART OF CARE to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees ART OF CARE may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

There is a risk for packages not ever arriving to final destinations going to the UAE, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia, Morocco, Algeria, Philippines, Portugal, Austria, Mexico and areas in South Africa.

PROCESSING TIME 

​

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.

 

Once your order is placed online, there will be a processing time to manufacture your items, it can take up to 3-18 business days before your order is shipped.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING FEES

​

First Class - Small Item - $3.50 - First class mail, for small lightweight items. As of June 2020, delivery time is 7-10 days.

 

USPS Standard Mail - $4.95 - This option is available for orders under 13 ounces. As of June 2020, delivery time is 7-10 days.

 

USPS Priority Mail - $7.95 - This is a flat rate for any size order, anywhere in the US. As of June 2020, delivery time is 3-5 days depending on your distance from Minneapolis, MN, but the delivery date is not guaranteed and could take longer. This is our most popular shipping method.

 

UPS Ground - As of June 2020, delivery time is running up to 10 days depending on distance. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, and starts around $6.

 

UPS 2-Day - As of June 2020, delivery is 2-3 business days from the date your order is shipped but it is not guaranteed. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, and starts around $15.

 

UPS Overnight - Currently Unavailable

International - Orders shipped internationally are very delayed at this time, but should arrive within 3 weeks dependent on overseas shutdowns, customs, and delivery. Cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, and starts at $20. This cost includes only the shipping fee, you are responsible for any import fees and taxes charged by your home country.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from https://www.artofcare.shop/, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Return & Exchange Policy

Free Exchanges within 30 days for all Orders in USA

  • ART OF CARE wants you to be Happy with your Purchase, if you do not have a Big Smile as a result of your Purchase, then please Return your item(s) within 30 days from the Date of Purchase, for a Full Refund. 

  • If you choose to Exchange an item.  We will Gladly offer you Free Exchanges within 30 Days, or a Store Credit.

  • Sorry, No Returns or Exchanges are eligible, after 30 days from the Date of Purchase.

  • In order to ensure a quick Refund or Exchange, items must be unopend and unused.  

  • Please note that Shipping Charges are not reimbursed.

  • For International Customers, if you encounter delays with your Purchase clearing customs in a timely manner, you may contact Customer Service to obtain approval for a late Return.  If your item does not fit the above criteria we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to you.
